Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship to all 50 states. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $35.
International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages Soma Patches is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@somapatches.com with photos of the damage.
